All different Jaspes, quartz, limestone, Basalt, Labradorite, fossilized wood, etc.

The granite is a very hard mineral, it is ideal for cooking, and allows safe use. The stone can withstand the high temperatures very well, so food can be cut without fear. Its maintenance remains very easy, it is one of the most resistant natural materials in time.

All our achievements are see on measure, we adapt from your plans, projects and desires. We transport and lay all our achievements that come from our workshop.

We work in the workshop and on different outdoor sites. In the workshop, we realize, vasques, sinks, sinks, tables, funeral monuments, etc.

Outdoors, directly at our customers, scoundrels and put in hand walls of facades, fences, planters, pillars and columns, pavers and floor of all kinds, and our achievements that come out of the workshop. Outdoors, we use a wide range of manual tools, sledgehammers, chisels, scissors and carbide flushes, as well as portable, compressed air using a towed compressor.

The Stone

The stone is part of a logic of serological development, it does not release waste, because this is converted into gravel or crushed to obtain sand. We do not need to use chemical treatments to ensure its sealing, we saturate it with black soaps.

It breathes, also offers a healthy environment inside of our homes thanks to different objects, floors, worktops, sinks, sinks, etc., and as a house wall indoors and outdoors. These famous sulabed that make up the walls of some houses absorb humidity by promoting energy savings, its insulating qualities make our stones an alloy against temperature variations. Finally, the stone does not devalue

The Workshop

In our workshop, it all starts with a block of stone extracted from quarry from all regions of Madagascar, as well as some blocks of our stock.

We work from different blocks, for a maximum length of 3500 mm per 1500mm and for a maximum weight of 4 tons for our trolleys.

The chosen block, is installed is set on the trolley of the wire machine. This is called primary sawing. This one is equipped with a diamond cable, which cuts the block to the desired size. The cut is done horizontally.

Once the plate is cut, respecting the desired thickness, it is again installed on the trolley of the drbite. We have a fixed debitor for diamond discs up to 1000 mm in diameter, and two other mobiles for discs with a diameter of 500 mm. These offer a vertical cut.

Our machines

All our machines (cable machine, flower, compressed air chainsaw, polisher arm, etc.) Work with continuous water infed, to avoid overheating, and dust build-up.

The plates are then installed on the table of the polishing arm. It is equipped with four interchangeable diamond millstones. We change the millstones successively according to their granulometry during this stage, to arrive at a polished, or satin, softened finish. The appearance of the polished appearance on a plate happens on average after two hours of work, and for it to be perfectly polished (grain 3000) it takes in full 8 hours of work. The rounded handlebars or other are made using a portable air polisher.

We can also make a bubbly finish. This step is done with the help of a compressed air bum. This finish is very often used for pool margins, which makes the surface non-slip.

For the curious, a granite block of 2 meters by 1.5 meters by 1.5 meters weighs about 13 tons. A granite plate of 1m by 2m by 10cm weighs about 540 kg. And more colloquially a kitchen worktop 0.60 cm wide is 4 cm thick, and 1 meter in length weighs 65 kg.

Our workshop is equipped with two cranes. A fixed that slides along the workshop, it picks up the blocks at the loading or unloading dock, to take them on the trolleys of the various workstations, and the second, which is mobile, is pushed by hand. The latter is mainly used outdoors. We also have lifts to carry our blocks and finished products on pallets.
